| Description |
tkpost is a post-it note program. It
is very simple. I wrote it because I couldn't get any other
post-it note type programs to compile on my Solaris box at work
(although I didn't try very hard), and I
wanted something. It's a Tcl/Tk script, and should run on any *nix
box. Here's a screenshot of tkpost in action!
 As you can see, it will save your entries so that they show up next time you fire up tkpost. So there you have it. Very simple, yet I use it everyday...why waste yellow paper! If it doesn't work for you, let me know and I'll try and help you out. If you have requets for changes, enhancements, etc., don't bother emailing me. It does exactly what I want it to do, and I'm not spending any more time on it! |
