The following is the readme.txt file included in the winsynch.zip 
distribution created by Rich Willis (rich.willis@att.net).  Note one
small error, the "c:\UNIXtext.bat" command should read
"c:\cygwin\UNIXtext.bat".  Thanks Rich!

To install winsynch:

from inside the directory winsynch run setup.bat.  The setup is defaulted 
to install to c:\cygwin


To uninstall winsynch:

From inside the directory winsynch run uninstall.bat.


Notes:

The webcal_client_synch config file is found in c:\cygwin\wcsynchrc
To make changes to it edit the file with WordPad
and run c:\UNIXtext.bat to take out the ^M's from the ends of the lines.


This zip file works for Win 9x/Me/NT40.

For windows 2000

replace \winsynch\home\rwillis\webcal_3.03\util\webcal_synch_client.pl with

\winsynch\webcal_synch_client2000.pl rename it to webcal_synch_client.pl

also use setup2000.bat and/or uninstall2000.bat
